With military backgrounds that include aviation and combat arms training, our leadership team treats safety with meticulous dedication. All site employees receive training for OSHA 10 and 30, first aid, CPR, emergency response, and NFPA-70E. Our track record speaks volumes. In 2019 and 2020 to date we have zero recordable incidents (OSHA RIR of 0).

Guy Vanderhaegen is the CEO, President, and Founder of The Origis Energy Group, inclusive of Origis Energy, one of America’s leading clean energy solution providers and Origis Services, the company’s Operations and Maintenance business unit, managing company and third-party assets. He oversees a growing team of clean energy professionals working out of three offices in the U.S. His financial leadership has resulted in solar and energy storage project capital investments of over $2 billion. In 2021, Origis received a majority investment from Antin Infrastructure Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity firms focused on infrastructure.
Michael Eyman leverages over 25 years of leadership, operations, and business experience in his role as Managing Director, Origis Services. Under his leadership, Origis Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Origis, manages a growing portfolio of utility scale and distributed generation solar and storage assets across the United States. Michael’s experience includes leadership roles with Origis Energy, Renu Robotics, MaxGen Energy, SunPower Corp, and the U.S. Navy.
Head of Marketing & Communications
Glenna Wiseman is senior marketing and communications strategist who has worked in the solar industry since 2007. Her work has been for companies along the solar supply chain and with leading utilities and corporations adopting clean energy. She has handled marketing and communications functions for Origis since 2014.
Josh Corbitt is an energy and construction executive applying his expertise to help owners of large-scale solar and energy storage projects realize the full value of their assets. His in-depth understanding of procurement, operations, project management, and contract negotiations adds significant value to the experience of each Origis Services’ customer. Prior to Origis, Josh accumulated nearly a decade of solar industry experience working with MaxGen Energy Services and SunPower.
Russell Dicks brings over three decades of operations expertise and leadership to his role at Origis. He oversees all Remote Operations Center (ROC) monitoring and technical operations management for the company’s solar and energy storage portfolio. He has served with Michelin, Nissan, and the United States Navy prior to joining Origis.
Wayne Webb is a renewable energy leader who brings over a decade of solar operations experience to his role. He is responsible for field personnel and all daily operations for the Origis Services managed portfolio. Prior to Origis, he served in leadership roles for NovaSource Power Services and SunPower, and for 13 years for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
Carolyn Cass is a Human Resources and Employee Benefits expert who applies over a decade of experience to her role at Origis. Prior to joining Origis she held management roles with PayPal and Emerson Automation Solutions.
James Hawkins leverages over 15 years of energy industry experience in trading, operations, project management, and business experience in his role as Director of Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing project performance and providing Asset Management direction for the Origis Services managed portfolio. Prior to Origis, James held senior level roles with NRG, Shell Trading, and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) where he was instrumental in bringing to market 2,500 MWs of utility-scale solar, wind and battery projects across Texas.
Chad Nelson is responsible for technology support, maintenance, and innovation including the Origis Services NERC CIP Certified Remote Operations Center (ROC). Chad has over 20 years of general IT experience and a long history of leadership roles in the solar operations and maintenance industry. Prior to his post with the Origis, he headed IT for MaxGen.
Edvin Vehabovic manages all performance engineering and special projects for managed assets. He draws on extensive industry experience including work operations and maintenance management for Phoenix Solar US and Hanwha Q Cells prior to joining Origis.
